This is my second time purchasing these Cheese Storage Bags. In fact before my first purchase I had never heard of them. They were recommended at a cheese specialty store as the best way to store cheese. They work great; no wrapping/unwrapping and fighting with plastic wrap. I have found they keep my cheese fresher and much longer than plastic wrap. I highly recommend this product!
