I love this product for protecting and extending the life of cheese. Handy packets which can be date labeled and cheese can be identified. Formaticum has an excellent product for a very reasonable price.

Skeptical at first, I was delightfully surprised to discover how very well the cheese bags work! Cheeses keep perfectly for as long as we've wanted them to (and some are kept a long time). So now we have purchased several boxes of bags to give to cheese loving friends and family.
