Formaticum

I really like these cheese papers. I have used them for years. The cheese lasts and lasts and does not mold or dry out. I just wish one of the stores in my area would carry this terrific product, online ordering is nice but sometimes its good to be able to walk into the store and pick it up.

I actually ran out of these and could not get restocked fast enough! I love every cheese made and sometimes end up spending a healthy amount of money on such! Without Formaticum I would be wasting said money. There is no other substitution for this cheese saver. I prefer the bags but have used the wrapping paper also. Any of these Formaticum products make great gifts for your cheesy pals as well!

These papers really do work. The bags are great for larger pieces of cheese and keep for weeks. The papers can handle any shape. Highly recommend them!
