The bags are every bit as amazing as they claim to be. I'm always a bit skeptical of anything, but I took the chance on this and I love the bags. I have cheese that still looks amazing after opening 4 weeks ago (I'm a HUGE Seriously Sharp Cabot fan). It usually dries out in a week or more, but 4 weeks and still looks almost EXACTLY like I plucked it from the wrapper. Awesome. Get some if you are cheese lover. Worth it.
