Thank you for an answer to my cheese storage challenges! We live in the Pacific Northwest, a region with many fine cheese makers such as Beechers (Flagship & 4-year-old Flagship), Rogue Creamery (Smokey Blue & Crater Lake Blue), Face Rock Creamery (varietal cheddars from the Oregon Coast) & Samish Cheese Co., famous for their Goudas! These cheese storage options from Formaticum may seem expensive, but considering your investment in fine cheese...nuff said!
