I was able to purchase a stretching device for shoes on line with ease. Though unable to reach FootFitter personnel by phone in order to revise the order for a discount, I was nonetheless able to communicate by e-mail; and the matter was handled immediately and correctly by FootFitter. when I received my order I noticed that they sent me the wrong size bottle of shoe stretcher so I e-mailed them noting the problem and they quickly sent out the correct size and said to keep the smaller size that was sent in error, Thanks for their Quick response.
