I had a wonderful customer service experience with FootFitter. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size (Men's Large) shoe stretcher when I had meant to order a Women's Medium. Within minutes of emailing FootFitter, I received a response that the correct size was being forwarded to me, along with a pre-paid mailer for the return of the incorrect size. As promised, I promptly received the correct size with the pre-paid mailer. Thank you so much. I am also very happy with the shoe stretcher. I would note that I first tried the stretcher without using the shoe stretcher spray and my shoes were definitely stretched enough without the spray for a perfect fit.

My experience with Foot Fitter Premium was good. I’m still working on stretching my shoes but so far so good. 😊
