I was surprised by the quality of this shoe stretcher. It's not a cheap, massed produced piece of junk. Rather, it is a well-built, quality tool. It appears to have been carefully hand-crafted and works like a charm. Additionally, the ordering process was seamlessly easy and I was kept informed of the order and shipping status. Excellent experience all the way!
