The items I purchased were perfect for me.

My experience was great and my package arrived in a few days.

When I ordered the boot stretcher I mistakenly thought it was a pair. After receiving only one, I called and asked for the same cost as if ordering the pair with the stretch spray rather than paying for each individually, which would cost more. You graciously agreed to the lesser cost and I had the order within the week. I am very impressed with the quality of your product as well as your customer service!

Bought the shoe stretcher and works as advertised. Excellent quatlity materials - hardwood (beech?) nice heavy stainless hardware. Gonna buy a set for my western boots next.
