Using your website is not difficult, I feel the explanations are pretty clear. I bought the boot stretch for widening the front of the boot. I read the instructions and then was hesitant that I bought the wrong thing, so I called FootFitter and a very patient and nice gentleman assured me my purchase was correct for what I needed to do. I have not had a chance to use it yet ,but I am sure it will work just as good as your other shoe stretcher I own. Thank you for making practical products that are well made and beautifully finished as well. They do the job and are attractive too.
