Love our pizza oven

This oven is wonderful. It heats up quickly and maintains heat for a long time. The pizza cooks quickly and evenly, and tastes delicious. It does take a little time to become accustomed to how quickly it can get too hot, as the fire does not need to be very big to heat the oven up and a slightly larger fire gets the oven much hotter.

Oven purchase and install went well, but don't have the pizza down yet.
