This has been one of the best experiences in a while that customer service outweighs anything else. The help they have provided in making sure the order was right to helping get tracking, to helping get the shipping company set up for delivery. We had two chairs damaged during shipping and they were on top of getting new ones shipped to us once we got the damage photos. It is refreshing to have this good of customer service from a company.
