The table I ordered arrived with significant damage. I called to explain the damage and was contacted within 24 hrs by email. I was told to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I was notified a day later to toss the damaged table, and that they were sending another table. This one arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. What I was dreading (returning a damaged product), was so easy. The response was courteous and prompt. I am very pleased. Gail
