Ordering online is pretty user friendly, your website provides ample information about their mattress, questions I posted were answered in a timely manner by their customer service, so that's nice. My mattress arrived on time as quoted; they were securely packaged in four boxes, all contents packed in double plastic bags. Setting up was pretty straight forward. So far so good with our selection; we are liking it so far.

I highly recommend this mattress. This is the most comfortable bed I've ever owned or slept on. It's like your floating on a cloud, but, you have the support you need. I've tried standard, pillowtop and memory foam mattresses. The memory foam contributed to back issues. My physical therapist referred me to Flobeds. My rating is for several reasons, service being one of them. We had to change our shipping address 3 times and extend our delivery date because we unexpectedly moved back and forth from AZ to MI twice in one year. They were extremely accommodating. We didn't open the boxes until 6 months after we received them and they didn't hesitate to extend their warranty period. Another 5 star reason is they are produced in the US and with an organic material. Great US Service with a great US product is a hard thing to find these days.
