I purchased king-sized pillows from FloBeds L-O-N-G years ago. My sister came to visit me and fell in LOVE with my pillows!!!! I decided to get her some for Christmas WAY ahead of time because I am retiring soon. She is still in AWE and enjoying them!!! Her husband noticed the difference as soon as he tried to pick his up with one hand!!!!! Thanks for a great product!!!!!

#1 Customer Service is the best! I have a V-zone Cal King. I have had to order a few inserts with different firmnesses to get just the right combination and comfort. There was never any hesitation from Flobeds on sending out a new insert. I have adjusted the placement and firmness of the inserts quite a bit. I appreciate being able to do that. Now I feel it is just right. I have upper back, back and hip pain and this final juggling of inserts has done the trick. This is the best I have felt in months. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, product and the self-adjustable V-zone.
