Being able to make a change (in how the bed sleeps) after the bed is received is wonderful.

The mattress was delivered in 3 boxes and it helped to have 2 people to position the layers for assembling the mattress. It is extremely comfortable and provides a great night's sleep. So glad we got this!

Very easy process to customize the mattress preferred. Customer service team is very knowledgeable to answer any questions. Shipping of mattress was exactly on date specified.

Shipped SO quickly, arrived promptly, and the customer service has been exceptional. Assembled the bed and frame all by myself, the instructions were pretty easy. We'll see how the next couple weeks of sleeping go!
