Great customer service!

Almost a YEAR after I purchased a queen-size Deluxe 12" Talalay latex mattress from FloBeds, I can unequivocally say I LOVE this mattress. I am a 59-year-old woman who weighs 115 pounds. I chose the extra firm, firm, and medium firmness on both sides. I love the egg-crate topper too. It all zips up perfectly in the mattress cover. The height of the whole thing is perfect. I have attached photos of the full bed and the layers on the inside. Talalay latex is delightful to sleep on. It has the slightest bounce to it, it doesn't get hot, I don't have any pressure points in the morning, and I don't have to reposition myself repeatedly because I'm uncomfortable. This is an AMAZING mattress. It was even fun to assemble. Just open the various boxes, remove the heavy plastic, and watch the mattress parts expand. I really love the two pillows that came with it. I wanted to wait a year to give a review so that folks who want to know what long-term users actually think can have a solid review to consider. This mattress and the pillows are exceptional for me. I am looking forward to many more years of comfort with this set. Thank you!!
