The customer service was quick and helpful when I had questions, shipping was extremely fast (only 4 days to my door in Canada a week before Christmas), the tracking system was accurate and very reassuring and the product was exactly as pictured on the website. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This was my first time ordering from Felt & Yarn and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The wool felt balls are high quality and gorgeous in color! I did have one little snag with my order, which required me to contact customer service. They responded very quickly and were extremely helpful in fixing the issue. I highly recommend them and will be placing more orders in the future!
