When I wasn’t happy with my off white colour being too far from white, they more than made me feel my problem was important to them and went above and beyond to make it better! The quality of the balls is amazing, I couldn’t make them nicer myself! It is worth ordering from every time! AND I was given a sample set for all of the colours for future orders I can see them in person before I buy. I will be ordering again soon!!
