Felt and Yarn

Great quality as usual. My only issue was the shipping details were never updated so I wasn't able to see where in transit my order was until it arrived. Otherwise, awesome as usual! Love the new light pink colour!!

I purchased the felt balls from Australia. The post was fast and packed well. The package was missing one of the colours I ordered, but customer service rectified this quickly. I did find that the colours were different from what I was able to see on the website (for example, what I thought was medium blue turned out to be a dark aqua green colour and what I thought was light marble grey is medium grey). I absolutely love the dusty pink colour! Overall good quality and good customer service!

This company offers a great selection of colours, and the shipping is very quick. The quality is good as well. My only reservation is that I was surprised with a bill 6 months after the delivery. And a “waiver” but I don’t feel comfortable with the wording of the waiver -

Unfortunately, we are not really satisfied with felt and yarn anymore. The quality of the felt balls gets poorer and poorer from delivery to delivery. The felt balls are felted way too loose so that we have to cut each and every ball. Also the differences in colour get bigger and bigger and there way more fibres in the balls. This delivery also smells more than the ones before. I am afraid that we will have to search for another wholesaler in the near future. That would be really sad.
