Directions are either not included or vague but have improved by order #3. Product however is high quality. Pleased with end result. Measure accurately.

The wrong shades were sent originally. I emailed and sent pictures and within a day I had a response and the correct ones were shipped. Great customer service very helpful.

I really like these blinds, they are warm in color and look great in my rooms. I wish they had another weave in this same color but these really suit my purposes and look the part
