I have yet to place my blinds however after asking when I would receive my blinds was great. I still think you should be able to call and check your order not go online a friend order the blinds for me I'm not great using a computer. Thank you

I ordered a replacement blind for one that had water damage. First ordered the swathes, picked the color and ordered. Recented it about 10 days after order, it fit perfectly, looked great and was much better quality then the blind it replaced
