Sent in my measurements, and 2 weeks later received my shades in perfect condition and much higher quality than I expected! I highly recommend Factory Direct and will be ordering more shades from them for our other bedroom.

Directions are either not included or vague but have improved by order #3. Product however is high quality. Pleased with end result. Measure accurately.

The wrong shades were sent originally. I emailed and sent pictures and within a day I had a response and the correct ones were shipped. Great customer service very helpful.
