I ordered a 12 arm candelabra which was delivered with 2 broken glass pieces. When my package was delivered I was recovering from surgery and didn’t open it right away. It was 3 weeks later when I was able to open the packages, that I discovered the broken glass. I contacted customer service by email on a Saturday and was received a response on Monday. They immediately placed an order for replacement, which I received Friday of the same week. Excellent customer service.
