My experience was different but in a good way. I ordered this stand on Black Friday and experienced issues with its delivery. Before it got to me, the item was shipped in more than one piece to a third-party company.
The company received two of the three pieces despite the delivery note stating that all the pieces were delivered. I contacted Event Decor Direct and met with Ainslie W (an angel sent from heaven), who launched an investigation into the matter. The case was closed within days, and I received a replacement piece. She kept me informed every step of the process. I was never wondering if and what was next.
