Amazing service from the off, easy and straight forward to purchase. Even down to the customer support when I had an email issue they emailed back a few hours later. And the hybrid mattress we chose is probably the best bed iv ever slept on and was so easy to find info about on the website and made it clear. Totally recommend and would buy again 100%

At first, I thought I bough the wrong thing and I will need to go through the hassle of returning it. But after a few nights I got so used to it! I love it now and look forward to good night's sleep. It's also very comfy if I'm just sitting in bed working or watching TV. I bought only one to try, but will soon order another one. Mind you, it's my first memory foam pillow, so I cannot comment on firmness etc as I have no experience. I can only say that my shoulder and lower back pains have significantly improved. I don't have any pain at all! where before I had it daily.

After a couple of months, we're happy so far with our selection. Really good price for a really comfortable mattress. Delivery was quick and well packaged. I needed to call customer service and got straight through to a human - always a bonus!
