Order was easy, package arrived really quickly. Website was OK, though I missed some information on which sleeping positions it supports best, etc. Needed to read additional articles to choose. Pillow is great, my neck pain went away in a week.

Ordering was simple, terms & conditions clear, payment easy. It took a while to choose between the selection of mattresses but descriptions were helpful. Order updates were great. Arrived on time and packaged well. Instructions clear and love the mattress, slept well since it has arrived although my back pain is no better yet but its only been a couple of weeks and it does say 6 weeks adjustment time . I do find I feel warmer so not sure if my other mattress was more breathable but I've had to buy a summer quilt which I've never had to do.
