The cot bed mattress is fantastic quality. I bought this one for my baby having bought one for my older child two years ago. It’s still like new two years on. My older child has slept well on it, the washable cover is wearing well, and easy to wash and fit back on. The product was out of stock for some time, but customer services were helpful when I contacted them about restock dates. The mattress is recommended by the Lullaby Trust, which gives a great deal of peace of mind for parents.

I'll be able to review this better when I can get out of bed to write it... This mattress is so comfortable! I was sceptical when the mattress was first unpacked and after the 6 hours I sat on the edge and thought that it felt too soft but I was pleasantly surprised when I eventually got the chance to lie down on it. It seems to support you in all the correct places and I have never had the issue of being too warm during the night that other reviewers have noted or the usual cracking my bones back into position in the morning... The smell that some of the other reviewers have mentioned is noticeable for the first while but I actually like the smell as its a new purchase smell which reminded me every time I walked into the bedroom that there was a new mattress which I cant wait to use.

The store was great they handled my return quickly, the packaging was good however I wasn't impressed with the product it lost its shape and didn't go back to its original shape as advertised. However it could have been 2 faulty products that I received.

Service is always fab and very easy to order online they keep you updated all the way. Packaged well no problems and shipping very quick. All in all I say 10 out of 10.
