Throughout the whole process of ordering I was informed of the progress at every stage. My item was delivered sooner than stipulated which was great and the mattress was so easy to open and ready for use. My hybrid mattress is so comfy and not hot as some memory foam time mattresses. Plenty of even support. Highly recommended an eve mattress to anyone.

The most straight forward purchasing of a mattress ever. Contact emails throughout and delivered by the postman! We let the mattress air overnight before putting it on the bed but there was still a chemical smell - I believe from the packaging. 3 weeks in and that smell has gone. Fairly firm mattress but comfortable. I haven’t had 1 complaint from the teen who had it. (It’s still tough to get her out of bed!)
