I Found the shipping process was efficient and easy to follow even for a Luddite like me. Had to remind delivery people that swapping mattresses did indeed mean to take my new mattress to my bedroom and take the old mattress away. Once reminded they did this carefully.

Excellent efficient service, arrived within 2 days. Well packaged and clear instructions for installing the mattress. It is comfortable and would appear to be altogether good value. The mattress protector which was bought with it is a snug fit and if using a fitted sheet it ideally needs to be the deep fit version

Very happy with the mattress from the very first night we slept on it. No odours and it takes shape really quickly out of the box. We now wake up without that achy feeling and ready for the day!
