Bought the Premium Hybrid king-sized mattress and 2 pillows to replace our 20 year-old (high quality) pocket sprung mattress after much research and comparison (including Which? reports). Ordering was easy, delivery efficient and they took away the old mattress for a very reasonable cost. Have been using it for about a month now and it is very comfortable, though I had expected more of a 'sink in to the top layers' feel given the 'hugs your body' description on the website. Despite this, the mattress is very supportive and I'm pleased to say not too hot (as many memory foam mattresses are), and the pillows are great too - of course, it's early days yet but so far so good!

The store was really easy to shop with, I liked the clear indications of the difference between the mattress types. Checkout was simple and I liked the tracking process, but I wish I had been able to choose a specific day for the mattress to arrive at my flat. The mattress is SO comfy, I definitely made the right choice and I’m thrilled with my new purchase!

Easy clean store. Fast delivery. Suggest you add a note about airing before use to alleviate manufacturing smell. Very good to sleep on!

Checked on Which to find affordable mattress . Eve scored highly and sure enough deserved the rating. Really easy to order, arrived as promised on time, delivered by Covid 19 aware and polite men and was easy to unwrap and put on the bed. Super comfortable. Very happy!
