Absolutely nothing to dislike. After waking up with back pain on a daily basis with our old mattress, my back was feeling better from day one with the Eve mattress. It’s incredibly comfortable and surprisingly plush for something that comes in a deceptively small (for what it is) box.

I ordered pillows and a mattress. The pillows came not in an Eve box as expected but a generic box half opened. I believe, but no proof, the delivery firm broke open my delivery in transit. I would suggest Eve avoid using Hermes. Panther were satisfactory.

Fantastic experience with Eve. I have been suffering from a bad back and decided to replace my mattress and pillows. I compared all the mattresses online and felt that the Eve was the best in terms of Which reviews and price. It was easier to order on the website and there was good customer service to ensure I was able to apply the discount code. My pillows came a week early which was a pleasant surprise and are absolutely brilliant. I'm now taking them on holiday with me as they make such a difference to my back. I ordered delivery into my flat as I'm on the third floor and the old mattress to be recycled. I received a tracking code in advance and a short delivery slot. Although they ended up being slightly later than expected, the delivery men were really friendly and careful.

Buying this mattress was one of our best decisions. It is supportive as well as being soft enough to provide a restfull night. Somehow the luxury of comfort is not superseded by the firmness of support. We have also purchased the mattress cover and fitted washed cotton sheet .... now we both swiftly fall asleep through the summer nights, pleasantly cool and comfortable. We've had the mattress a couple of months and will review again in 5 years time. Thanks Eve!
