A very simple ordering process that keeps you up to date the whole way through the process. The mattress was delivered on the day promised. The unpacking process is fun and the mattress is of very high quality. The only item I didn’t think was quite right is that the mattress is described as medium-firm but in my view and that of my wife is it is very much a firm mattress.

After a fair amount of research and deliberation the Eve mattress topper was ordered as it sounded good quality and the right med/firm support we wanted. Decision took more time because the price is considerable and there are many cheaper well reviewed alternatives. The item arrived much faster than expected and in a much smaller box than expected. From the moment it was unpacked we knew it was great quality. After airing for 12 hours we put it on the bed, securing it with the electric straps around the 4 corners of the mattress. It looked good and felt good. This was a completely different product to the shabby cheap foam we had been given previously as a free mattress topper by EMMA mattresses. It fit perfectly. We dressed the bed (40cm extra deep fitted sheet), lay down and wow what a difference. No sagging, no strange roll or bumps of foam, just comfy loveliness. Needless to say we are very pleased with the Eve mattress topper and are happy to have spent the extra money as I think you do generally get what you pay for. Great service, great product, great nights sleep.

Had a foam bed for years and thought it was comfortable until I bought the Eve hybrid. This bed is firm and has great support for body, no more sore pressure points like knees,ankles,hips and shoulders.

We had our best nights sleep for years. The mattress comes in a box and when taken out it swells up like magic. The delivery men carried it upstairs and were most helpful and the service was excellent. Thank you Eve.
