I'd been in the market for a whole house water filter system for a while now and had inquired several other companies. I even purchased a whole house system from another brand - Radiant Life, and was about to have their system installed, but the back flow would've required more extensive plumbing. And their system is a huge tank that requires more ongoing maintenance (I returned this system before installation) I continued with my whole house water system search and I am so happy with my sediment, carbon, UV setup from ESP water products! It was, in comparison to the other brand, a breeze for my plumbers to plan out and install, and much cheaper installation too! I talked to John on the phone and he was SUPER helpful and accommodating to ALL (I had a lot) of my questions about ESP products and the best setup for my specific home and usage needs. He really has provided excellent customer service, even with the shipping process - give that man a raise!! 5 stars all around, very pleased customer and am so happy to have peace of mind regarding my home water quality! No more contaminants and toxins!! Yay! I can definitely tell a difference in the taste and texture as well. One happy camper, thank you, ESP Water!! *que the clean water happy dance
