Great products at a lot better prices than OEM. Been using ESP for quite a few years now in my AC30 reverse osmosis system. Ordering is easy, and never any problems. The filters arrive in short order always packaged well. The included QR code is nice for reordering. I taped it right on the side of my tank. The webpage is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Great job!!

Time line between ordering and receiving was nice and short. I’m glad these products are available so the average home owner can replace filters herself. Paying a technician to come out just to filters is needlessly expensive.

Worked great, only drawback was that the o rings weren’t included. Fortunately I had some on hand.
