I ended up not needed the item. never opened however, customer service is terrible. Took 3 days for them to respond to my return request. I have not heard back from support, my order was returned and now I cannot get in contact with support.

I was told I would get return ups label sent via email weeks ago and have enquirer three times on status with no response.

I have a claim from ups with this order. I haven’t heard back from them because they are waiting on y’all?

I never received my items and they did not care to see what could be done! They just said call the cops
