Great experience talking with sales to get the right arm for my needs.

I can’t say enough great things about ergotron, the company, the products, and most of all, the people! After purchasing and using a single mount LX arm for years we decided to upgrade 2 home office workspaces with new desks and multiple monitors. We ordered a dual arm mxv not realizing it would not fit the thickness of the new desk. Ergotron understood and we were able to return the mount and order the correct one, an LX. The new LX arrived but with the wrong base clamp. The desk owner was due back from a business trip and we frantically needed to get the correct mount in place before she arrived. Once ergotron understood the error, they immediately expedited shipment of the new arm, staying in communication by email and phone to make sure our order arrived on time and was the correct fit for the desk. Sierra was amazing, letting us know that our satisfaction was more important than the sale of the product! She restored meaning to the phrase “the customer is always right!” Ergotron has earned my appreciation, my respect, and my repeat business! I give them my highest endorsement! Donald

From ordering to receiving of product was a little longer than I would have liked ( I am a little impatient for new, and highly useful equipment) I cannot say it was overly long. Especially given the size and weight of a dual arm HX stand setup. Communication was prompt and informative.
