Had a conversation with sales people before Ergflex prior to placing our order to make sure that these mattresses would be suitable for adjustable beds. Ended up ordering one double and one queen. Had an issue with the queen mattress, and emailed Ergoflex explaining the problem. Having never dealt with the company before, I was anticipating a long and drawn out resolution. Not the case at all. Within a few hours I was advised that a replacement was already on the way at no cost to me. Super quick and helpful. The replacement proved to be everything the company said it would be. Very happy. Customer service exceptional, great product at a considerably cheaper price than well known competitor.

Back pain gone. Hubby slept well. Bought one for my son and he loves it.
