Better descriptions and tracking for orders would be better. Design is good but not quite great as far as functionality.

I was really happy with

I was really happy with my experience with EQ3. At first, I wasn't sure about the timeline of my shipment, but once I had reached out to customer support they cleared up the timeline and reassured me about the expected delivery date.

Love my purchase and items

Love my purchase and items available through EQ3. Only downside is the time to process orders, seems a bit lengthy. Overall Customer Service was great when I had questions on status! Shout out to Anna for the assist!

Shipping took a little longer

Shipping took a little longer than expected especially after paying $20 for the ship fee, but it arrived in perfect condition and I love my new lamp. Worth the wait and cost!
