Quality control can be an issue, but they’re very quick to replace the product that doesn’t meet your standards

This was my 1st eq3 purchase and I very much liked the desk. The logistics and shipping time left much to be desired. Shipping time was closer to 7 weeks and I had to reach out to customer service for most of my update's which was disappointing When I did reach out though they were very helpful and attentive so A+ there. As for the shipping time I live in the US and ordered around the holidays so that could be the reason. Otherwise great product would buy again.

Service was great. Only issue was the delivery time was a lot longer than expected!

Really like the furniture, and sad that SF location is closed
