Great customer service helping me return the items.

I love this brand. I wish I loved the rug.

EQ3 set delivery timeline estimates clearly when the order was placed. The items were as described on the website. It makes me nervous to order furniture sight unseen, but the EQ3 items had a unique styling that I couldn't find anywhere else for similar items. Then their sale sweetened the offering. I am glad I made the purchase. I'm glad it worked out, but I still wish there was a physical EQ3 store near me so I can experience their products prior to ordering.
