Empire Patio

We ordered a full set of six medium-grade patio furniture covers, but one didn't arrive. When I called Empire's Customer Service, the representative couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. A few days later I received not just the missing cover, but an entirely new set - with premium material. If that isn't bending over backwards to please a customer, I don't know what is. Hats off to Empire Patio and its exemplary staff!

I have put on the covers to make sure they fit. They seem to be fine and will do the trick for the Chicago winter. We will see.
