Delivery was fast

It’s been a weeks and I’m still waiting for a resolution on receiving a damaged mattress. But when I do receive communication it’s nice. Delivery was by a regular carrier that clearly struggled with this extremely heavy king sized mattress.

We’re still waiting for the bed frames. They were ordered December 1st. It’s been tough getting in sync with customer support, and I somehow ended up hearing from Australia support as well as US support. It didn’t appear as if they were in touch with each other. I think it’s settled now - we expect the frames next week, but haven’t gotten any shipping confirmation yet. This is written December 27th.

Service was good the mattresses just hard. I may have gotten the wrong kind. I asked them for the softest one they had.

These mattresses are SO heavy. It would be nice to have the option to get them delivered to the room.....
