The people who helped me were great. While I was waiting for the new unit to arrive, a plumber fixed the existing one, but it is at least 30 years old so I am keeping the new one. Arrived on time

I'll admit I was hesitant at first to install the flush mate by myself but decided to have a stab at it after watching the YouTube videos. It was way easier than expected and I had everything up and running in less than 30min. Good product and helpful instructions.
