The purchase and delivery experience were excellent as well as very timely. Installation was easy with the proper tools and the on line video instructions. The product itself was not as good as the service, the product leaks at factory sealed connections (2) and the tank sweats, unlike the original unit. Too bad the unit does not match the service quality.

Great service with John. Wish I didn't have to pay $60+ for a new cartridge & wrench that a lady said that I needed to have, when I needed a whole new unit. The unit also had a broken 3" plastic nut, luckily I could use the old one. Everything went well with the replacement &. installation, good online instructions, works great now- thank you! Rick
