HK - Ecosa (English)

The site was great, easy to navigate. The shopping experience with Ecosa was easy, simple and convenient. Plus they had a nice promotion so the value for quality was excellent.

We purchased the mattress as we needed a new mattress after moving to Hong Kong. The online ordering was super simple and the mattress was delivered 3 days after ordering, which was amazing as it was during the Christmas/New Year period. The mattress is well packed and easy to get into your bedroom with a box with wheels and easy to open and get setup. Only thing i missed was they give you a tool to make opening the mattress easier (oops!). It's in the welcome pack so don't forget to look there. The mattress is a bit firm but does give a better response than other foam mattresses that may be from the spring coils. All in all a great product with even better customer service!
