Shipping was timely and as stated. The packaging made it easy for the mattress to be carried in the house. Friendly sales people at the Ecosa showroom in Hong Kong.

Shipping is always fast and perfect shape, simple and easy to open. Environmentally friendly.

I’m very pleased with the mattress, quality and support are both strong. The only drawback is the lack of compatibility with a soft topper, which would make it perfect for me.
