Fast shipping and very happy with the bamboo bedding.

The staff was responsive and understanding when I had questions. Everything shipped on time and as promised (some oos items were delivered later but was clearly communicated).

The staff in the shop in HK were great. I was reassured by the offer of a 100-day trial - but I'm not parting with my Ecosa pillow. For someone like me with a creaky neck, it's a must.
