Simple and quick service. Great product and value for quality

I purchased the pillowcases in store at the Geelong centre. They have a great range instore. I was given a complimentary wash bag to care for the cases.

Great delivery service- especially like being able to choose what day the delivery occurred. Mattress so far has been very comfy.

Good customer service when I needed to make changes to my order. I get to work with real human, not robots. And it is super helpful and efficient! One thing I would like to see improvement is a more detailed tax invoice that states the product details, size, price etc. it’s a chance for the buyer to double check that their order is correct. Also the same product detail info at the check out/payment portal would also be helpful.

The ecosa pillow is the most comfortable and supportive pillow i have ever owned, it is like sleeping on a cloud. Ordering was very easy and shipping was very prompt indeed. I can highly recommend this pillow.
