I finally found a pillow that works perfectly for me! I decided to give it a try since it came with a risk-free trial, and being able to adjust the height is a huge plus. It turned out to be amazing—I didn't even need to use any of the extra foam inserts. I usually take a while to fall asleep, which usually makes me hyper-aware of how uncomfortable a bad pillow is. But the Ecosa pillow performed really well. Even on nights when it still takes me a bit to fall asleep, ! never feel uncomfortable, and I wake up feeling great.
