I've had it running during the day for about a week and have had no problems. I have a health issue brought on by dry air, so this is making my life easier. Setup and operation is simple even though the instructions could be a little better. For me, the humidistat is worth paying a little extra for, I don't need a constant stream of mist as long as the humidity doesn't drop too low. This saves too many water changes.
